Animosity Review

Animosity is one of those unique indie thrillers stuck in a time loop. It’s pretty solid though it’s far too by the numbers with the plot and doesn’t take any bold twist.

It is one of the better underground/real independent movies I have seen in quite some time the pacing is great too, a movie that runs for almost an hour and fifty minutes never misses a beat. Some of the scream queen scenes get annoying from time to time, but I get it, for a horror movie that’s sometimes what the audiences come for.

Michelle Jones is a powerhouse as Erin, she is the main reason to watch Animosity even though beyond your typical horror film this one is also layered and works as a haunted house film.

Kudos go out to all involved with Animosity making this an enjoyable independent horror film.

Overall grade: 2.5/5 stars
