The Forever Purge is a solid entry in the ongoing franchise for Blumhouse and Platinum Dunes. I originally was against anything Blumhouse for a long time, they don’t release original enough films for my taste. However, I have turned my initial thoughts on Blumhouse the past year and take them for what they are a popcorn enjoyable thriller horror department for up and coming directors to get their shot.

Our friends over in London will be happy to find out that the Arrow channel has some interesting movies playing this July.

Discovery+ is getting in the scary business of the Eli Roth. It also features Leonardo DiCaprio and Nina Dobrev as some of the Executive Producers on the project for the new streaming service.

The new cult phenomenon Willy’s Wonderland starring an unhinged Nicolas Cage fighting animatronics came to mixed reviews earlier this year but already found its cult following. Is getting a comic book prequel this October.

French filmmaking duo Julien Maury and Alexandre Bustillo, known for their violent films Inside, Livid, and Leatherface. The Deep House centers around a couple of divers discover a haunting in the depths of a lake.

Synopsis:

A snowstorm traps town residents together inside the local inn, where newly arrived forest ranger Finn and postal worker Cecily must try to keep the peace and uncover the truth behind a mysterious creature that has begun terrorizing the community.

The other day we saw leaked images of the new Halloween Kills trailer which led us to believe it was coming soon. Most of us thought next week in front of showings of The Forever Purge.
